Formulation, promotion and development of health promotion actions, including the Healthy Municipalities, Communities and Families strategy.
Water and sanitation
Promoting access to safe drinking water and adequate sanitation services for the population. It also accompanies the delivery of these services with an educational component that strengthens the skills and abilities of families, leaders, and other community actors.
Healthcare for vulnerable populations
Provision of dental and ophthalmological health services to schoolchildren in educational institutions located in the most vulnerable areas of the Qali Warma Programme.
Governance and leadership
Strengthening civic engagement, governance, and leadership among community authorities and municipal officials.
Project management
Design, implementation, and evaluation of health and development projects.
Monitoring and evaluation
Ensures the timely completion of activities, plans, projects and/or programmes and evaluates their impact. There is a great opportunity to provide monitoring and evaluation advisory services to public and private institutions.
Capacity building for public and private management
Strengthening local capacities for sustainability. This line of action is cross-cutting in MSH-Peru’s management and will be present in each of its lines of action.
