We are driven by the conviction that all people, regardless of their origin or condition, have the right to live with dignity and access real opportunities for development. That is why we design people-centered strategies, methodologies, and tools that empower individuals, promote equity, and build a healthier and more resilient country.
How do we do it?
Our Lines of Action
Health promotion and disease prevention
We create “Healthy Families and Communities” with tools tailored to each situation.
Water and sanitation
We train communities, through their JASSs, and local governments, through their ATMs, in the management, operation, and maintenance of their own water and sanitation systems.
Healthcare for vulnerable populations
We design and implement programmes to improve eye health and virtual learning platforms with information on the promotion and prevention of chronic diseases.
Governance and leadership
We want communities and local governments to participate actively in their development, for decisions to be transparent, and for there to be genuine accountability.
Social management and conflict prevention
We work to ensure that water and sanitation projects are carried out in an environment of trust, dialogue and respect.
Monitoring and evaluation
We ensure the timely completion of activities, work plans, and indicators for the projects and/or programmes implemented.

Although we have made progress,
it's still not enough...
There are many elderly people who are forgotten.
The dignity, history and wisdom of our elderly are treasures that, unfortunately, are often forgotten. Thousands of them live in solitude, with basic needs unmet and without the support they deserve. At MSH-Peru, we have already achieved a great deal, but the road ahead is long and their well-being cannot wait. Your support is crucial in giving them a helping hand, a plate of food or the care they need.
