SOCIAL MANAGEMENT AND
CONFLICT PREVENTION
At MSH Peru, we work to ensure that projects are developed in an environment of trust, dialogue and respect. Through social management and conflict prevention, we seek to build harmonious and sustainable relationships between institutions, communities and other actors in the territory.
We design and implement strategies that enable us to:
- Identify potential tensions, risks, and disagreements early on.
- Facilitate spaces for dialogue and participation among social, institutional, and community actors.
- Prevent and positively transform conflicts, prioritising respect and social peace.
In this way, we contribute to strengthening the social licence of projects, maintaining stability in the territories and creating favourable conditions for timely and sustainable implementation, for the benefit of communities and their development.

Intervention financed by ACCIONA to accompany the expansion and improvement of the drinking water and sewerage system in the Pachacútec macro project (Stage 3), which includes the construction of a wastewater treatment plant and a land and submarine outfall. The plan sought to clearly inform the population, strengthen relations with communities, and prevent social conflicts, thereby building trust and creating favourable conditions for the execution of the project.
