Managers Who Lead Programme (PGQL)

The Managers Who Lead Programme (PGQL) empowers decision-makers in the public sector – especially in health and local government – to move from ‘managing the urgent’ to leading with vision, guiding teams and managing sustainable results. Its purpose is to enhance the natural leadership skills of managers and executives, helping them to inspire, mobilise, and accompany their teams through change processes. Funded by USAID as part of the Healthy Municipalities and Communities project.
