MSH Peru developed the Communications Strategy and Plan for the Comprehensive Rural Water and Sanitation Programme \u2013 PIASAR II for the Ministry of Housing, Construction and Sanitation (MVCS), with non-reimbursable financing from the IDB. The main objective was to ensure that information about the programme reached all stakeholders\u2014the beneficiary population, local governments, partners and technical teams\u2014in 167 population centres and 96 local governments across the country in a clear, timely and useful manner. <\/span><\/p>\n
