The Leadership and Management for Results in Pandemics Programme (LGRP) strengthened the capacities of regional health teams to better prepare for, respond to, and recover from COVID-19 and other epidemics. The programme’s focus was clear: to develop individual and team leadership and improve management practices so that teams can anticipate risks, address challenges and achieve measurable results in health emergency contexts. Developed by the US Centres for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in collaboration with MSH Inc., and implemented in Peru together with CDC Peru and MSH Peru.<\/span><\/p>\n
