The Moral Leadership and Community Management Programme (PLMGC) empowers individuals, families and rural communities to exercise values-based leadership and improve their community organisation. The goal is clear: when there is ethical leadership, community organisation and trust, it is possible to achieve better living conditions in terms of health, education and the environment.
